Who is this programme for?
Holistic Core Restore® ZenWoman® is for any woman who:
- Has heard about Meditation and Mindfulness but never really knew where to start.
- Finds she can’t switch off and feels constantly stressed.
- Wants to include more self compassion in her life.
- Dedicate more guilt-free self-care time to themselves.
- Learn the art of meditation in a way which suits your life and style.
- Wants help to relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep, enhance self awareness, reduce brain distractions and improve productivity.
The 7 week programme takes place online via Zoom video call. Each week I take you through a different meditation practice and mindfulness task, review the previous week’s meditation and mindfulness task and discuss your gratitude journalling. The 45-60 minute session really provides you with a safe space to be heard, listened to and understood without judgement.
Once you sign up to the programme you’ll receive a Course Workbook via email which contains all the elements you need to support your practice. You will also receive a weekly email from programme creator Jenny Burrell with recordings of that week’s meditation and other helpful videos and articles to develop your knowledge and understanding of this programme.

When and where is the course?
Holistic Core Restore® ZenWoman® is held online via Zoom Video call. You must have either a laptop, tablet or smartphone to be able to take part.
