Healing a Diastasis is a WHOLE BODY ISSUE. It’s not just about exercise, it’s not just about the tummy and it’s not just about the gap! Following an in-depth safe assessment, I will create a bespoke programme to ensure you receive tailored sessions that focus on getting excellent results for your abdominal separation repair. This also focuses on nutrition for healing, your breathing strategy, and postural alignment all factors that deeply affect the success of the programme.
How does the programme get results?
- This programme is bespoke as I appreciate that no one-size-fits-all. It’s a multi-phase programme where the exercises are progressed. I am with you all of the way, ensuring you progress towards your goal and also that your route to success is adjusted as required.
- I am dedicated to helping you understand what’s happening to your body and know the whys and what’s of abdominal separation after pregnancy. It’s my job to help you connect the dots between your posture, breathing, possible back pain, and any pelvic floor dysfunction.
- There is a strong focus on healing nutrition with simple yet highly effective strategies for assisting you get the specific nutrients required to heal you after birth.
- I include soft-tissue work/remedial massage to bring balance to your entire body.
- I employ a can-do strategy for helping you rest and de-stress. I will guide and support you to not only a better looking belly, but one that functions, and supports your pelvic floor, core, and overall health.
This programme can be taken as a 6 or 12 week course both face to face in my studio or online.
