Holistic Core Restore® Fit to Run / Walk

Fit to Run / Walk  is a six week programme, created by Holistic Core Restore® Founder Jenny Burrell and GB triathlete and coach Chris Stanton . It is designed to give you THE VERY BEST FOUNDATION for your new or already established running / walking habit – literally from the ground up! Either delivered face to face or online, this programme is UNIQUE because it’s specifically designed with a woman’s body in mind, especially in terms of Pelvic Health.

Over the course of six weeks, you will cover all the BIG ROCKS needed to move with comfort and ease.  See what we cover each week:

Week 1:
Foot and Ankle Mobility and Strength 

Week 2:
Calves and Shins 

Week 3:
Building Better Knees – Mastering Your ‘Kneehab’

Week 4:
Hip Strength & Mobility 

Week 5:
Lumbopelvic Mobility 

Week 6:
Putting it All Together with Plyometrics

Who is this programme for? 

  • Are you afraid of leaking when you’re running?
  • Do you have pain with walking or running?
  • Or maybe you’re wanting to get back to movement after an injury and want to start slowly and build back up?

If you are new or returning to running, this course is great to do alongside a progressive running programme such as the NHS Couch to 5k. If you are already a regular runner then it will sit beautifully with your current training. And if running is not your thing but you are a regular walker, you can benefit to!

When and where are the courses?

One to One, Two to One or Three to One Personal Training

Sessions can take place either live in my studio in Worcester Park or online via Zoom.

6 Week Training Programme + homework videos

Price:  3:1 – £150 each

                2:1 – £225 each   

                1:1 – £300 

Please note some kit will be required –

  • Theraband/Physio resistance band
  • Pilates ball
  • 2 massage balls / tennis balls
  • 2 yoga blocks or big thick books

Please note that by paying, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

  • All participants must have contacted Bumps Lumps and Star Jumps before making payment to confirm suitability.
  • All participants must have completed a Pelvic Health questionnaire before commencing sessions, and provide information on ALL health conditions, that may have an affect on their performance.
  • If booking the 3:1 or 2:1 training option please ensure all participants can make the agreed session time. If you need to cancel the session you must have contacted me by 10pm the night before your session. Individual ‘make-up’ sessions can be made however a single session of personal training will be charged ( £55.)
