Holistic Core Restore® Fit to Run / Walk
Fit to Run / Walk is a six week programme, created by our Holistic Core Restore® Clinical Advisor + Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Michelle Lyons. It is designed to give you THE VERY BEST FOUNDATION for your new or already established running / walking habit – literally from the ground up! Either delivered online in a group or one to one, this programme is UNIQUE because it’s specifically designed with a woman’s body in mind, especially in terms of Pelvic Health.
Over the course of six weeks, you will cover all the BIG ROCKS needed to move with comfort and ease. See what we cover each week:
Week 1:
Foot and Ankle Mobility and Strength
Week 2:
Calves and Shins
Week 3:
Building Better Knees – Mastering Your ‘Kneehab’
Week 4:
Hip Strength & Mobility
Week 5:
Lumbopelvic Mobility
Week 6:
Putting it All Together with Plyometrics
Who is this programme for?
- Are you afraid of leaking when you’re running?
- Do you have pain with walking or running?
- Or maybe you’re wanting to get back to movement after an injury and want to start slowly and build back up?
If you are new or returning to running, this course is great to do alongside a progressive running programme such as the NHS Couch to 5k. If you are already a regular runner then it will sit beautifully with your current training. And if running is not your thing but you are a regular walker, you can benefit to!

- BRAND NEW DATE ADDED: Tuesday 20th April – 9.30-11am

- 3rd November – 8th December 2021 – 7.30-9pm

Prices: £85
Please note some kit will be required –
- Theraband
- Pilates ball
- 2 massage balls / tennis balls
- 2 yoga blocks or big thick books
I can provide you with the Theraband and Pilates ball and post to you for an additional fee. Please choose the Course + Kit option when purchasing the programme.
One to One or Two to One Personal Training
If you find you cannot make the days or times of the group courses or you would prefer to work one on one or with you and a close friend then this option is for you. It will provide you with more flexibility when booking your sessions.
Sessions will currently take place online via Zoom.
