Holistic Core Restore® Bump


Bringing pregnancy training to a different level, Holistic Core Restore® Bump is a pelvic floor and core, functional movement programme. It is designed to keep mum-to-be, strong, mobile and pain free throughout her pregnancy.

Guiding you safely through each trimester, the programme will include pelvic floor and core exercise, along with release and strength work suitable for where you are in your pregnancy. It’ll also cover important topics that are key to a happy healthy pregnancy and beyond.

Who is this programme for?

  • Are you a pregnant woman who wants to safely get or stay fit during Pregnancy?
  • Do you want to know more about your Pelvic Floor, Core and overall health AND feel empowered during your Pregnancy?
  • Have you experienced the odd leaky Pelvic Floor incident during your Pregnancy and know NOW is the time to take control?
  • Have you experienced ‘lower back pain’ or mobility issues that you’ve been told is due to your posture changes during pregnancy and now want to address this?
  • Do you want to learn EASY TO DO ‘rest’ and ‘self-care’ strategies as part of your motherhood wellness journey?
  • Do you want to exercise in a way that will TRULY get you stronger for labour and birthing and support you in your early Post Natal days?

What’s included?

The programme is 6 or 12 weeks in length and can be taken as 1-1 training or if you have a friend or relative that is also expecting and you would like to train with them, 2-1 training.

During the 6 week course, we’ll work together to create a programme that addresses those areas of the body that need attention and will also cover nutrition and the all important self-care. The 12 week course covers everything in the 6 week course plus an additional 6 weeks of exercise appropriate to where you are in your pregnancy along with birth preparation and tips for your ‘fourth trimester’.

I would recommend the 12 week course for those who are approaching or currently in their 2nd trimester and would benefit from the birth preparation.

Training system includes:

  • 1-1 (or 2-1) exercise sessions
  • Homework videos
  • Your own Holistic Core Restore® kit
  • Ongoing support between sessions

You can purchase a 6 or 12 week course below. Please note that by paying, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

  • All participants must have contacted Bumps Lumps and Star Jumps before making payment to confirm suitability.
  • All participants must have completed a Health questionnaire before commencing sessions, and provide information on ALL health conditions, that may have an affect on their performance.
  • If booking the 2:1 training option please ensure you can both make the agreed session time. If you need to cancel the session you must have contacted me by 10pm the night before your session. Individual ‘make-up’ sessions can be made however a single session of personal training will be charged. This fee is £55.
