Holistic Core Restore® Bump
Bringing pregnancy training to a different level, Holistic Core Restore® Bump is a pelvic floor and core, functional movement programme. It is designed to keep mum-to-be, strong, mobile and pain free throughout her pregnancy.
Guiding you safely through each trimester, the programme will include pelvic floor and core exercise, along with release and strength work suitable for where you are in your pregnancy.
Who is this programme for?
- Are you a pregnant woman who wants to safely get or stay fit during Pregnancy?
- Do you want to know more about your Pelvic Floor, Core and overall health AND feel empowered during your Pregnancy?
- Have you experienced the odd leaky Pelvic Floor incident during your Pregnancy and know NOW is the time to take control?
- Have you experienced ‘lower back pain’ or mobility issues that you’ve been told is due to your posture changes during pregnancy and now want to address this?
- Do you want to learn EASY TO DO ‘rest’ and ‘self-care’ strategies as part of your motherhood wellness journey?
- Do you want to exercise in a way that will TRULY get you stronger for labour and birthing and support you in your early Post Natal days?
The programme is 6 weeks in length and can be taken either as 1-1 training or if you have a friend or relative that is also expecting and you would like to train with them, 2-1 training is available as well.
During the 6 weeks, we’ll work together to create a bespoke programme that addresses your individual needs and will also cover nutrition and the all important self-care.
Training system includes:
- 1-1 (or 2-1) exercise sessions
- Homework videos (1-1 package only)
- Your own Holistic Core Restore® kit
- Ongoing support between sessions
