Working online gives you the flexibility to fit in a programme around your work and family commitments but with the dedicated support of an experienced women’s health professional to guide you to get results.

Virtual Personal Training Sessions
Available as either 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 personal training sessions. Sessions are taken over video calling either on Facebook Portal, Zoom conferencing calls or Skype.

Mama and Mini Workouts are a series of 30 minute exercise sessions that you can do with your little mini. They are perfect for children between the ages of 4 to 10 years of age giving you a perfect opportunity to exercise along with your child. It’s really helpful to develop a happy healthy attitude towards exercise and do something where you can have fun together.
