Mama and Mini Workout
Mama and Mini Workouts are a series of 30 minute exercise sessions that you can do with your little mini. They are designed for children between the ages of 4 to 10 years of age allowing you to exercise along with your child. It’s really helpful to develop a happy healthy attitude towards exercise and do something where you can have fun together.
Exercise has been shown to help with both physical and mental wellbeing. In these videos I also want to help your children learn a little more about their bodies.
The workouts can be done as often as you like and require very little equipment making them easy to do.
How to purchase your Mama and Mini Workouts
Once you have made payment below you will need to complete the contact form for me to send you an email with the video links. You will then be sent an email with links to each of the 5 workouts along with a password to access each of them. From there you will be able to download the videos so that you can keep them for life.
